A Rosé like no other
Wines with character and true to their terroir - this is the ethos behind Château Léoube and their impeccable rosé. Nurtured by the winemaker Romain Ott, their refreshing, supple and elegant rosé wines are not to missed this summer. Steeped in history and owned by a British family, the Léoube estate, like its wine, stands out for its beauty and uniqueness amongst other vineyards in Provence.
On the shore of the Mediterranean, spread across four kilometres of coastline and covering 560 hectares, the Léoube estate is one of the most stunning protected sites in Europe.
Today, it is more than just a vineyard producing the finest organic wines but a place to visit and enjoy all it has to offer. With wine tasting at their distinctive wine shop, an al fresco beach café and children’s playground, it makes for a perfect stop-off for wine connoisseurs and families alike.
Although most reputable for their rosé wines, Château Léoube also produces a very elegant white wine and powerful structured red wines capable of ageing. The vines now cover over 62 hectares of the estate and the grapes grown on the Léoube estate include Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvedre and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Côtes de Provence appellation’s star varieties.
Gently nurtured, mineral rich soil and traditional growing methods ensure the vineyard produces healthy succulent fruit; harvested by hand so only the best are selected. This hands-on and loving approach is what ensures the organic wines produced by Château Léoube are always of the highest quality and hard to beat.Château Léoube Website
